Choose from one of many online backup services and they will automatically backup and protect your data. Something as simple as a spilled cup of coffee on your laptop could spell disaster for your online business - if your data isn't backed up.
Costs range from free to $75 per month. Most businesses can expect to spend a few hundred dollars a year to keep their data safe. Some of these providers (like SugarSync) will also sync your data across multiple devices - making it accessible on your desktop, laptop and mobile device - all at the same time.
