myERP.com was founded by François Nadal, who is also the current CEO. I recently had the opportunity to speak with him about cloud computing, online business and myERP.com. Read the full interview.

Style of tool: myERP.com is an all in one business application

What does it do? It runs your business online. Includes: Online Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Invoicing. Fully integrated with Google Apps, Gmail and Google Calendar

What ERP means: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

From myERP.com: The #1 Free Online Business Suite

How much is it? They offer a free account for up to two users. For more than 2 users, cost starts at $29 monthly per user.

Is it really free? Signup for up to two users and you’ll never pay for the service. Use the free account as a demo, to try-before-you-buy. Or simply never buy and keep using the free service.

What are Google Apps? Google Apps is an online office suite based on the relatively new concept of cloud computing.

What are some unique features?

  1. Its free (see above)
  2. They are the only ERP in the Google Apps Marketplace. And that myERP.com is the only complete (all-in-one) cloud ERP for small businesses.
  3. They offer an online community, to help get things started. Share your advice and experience with other users. This doesn’t replace the company’s capable support team, but is a great add-on.
  4. They offer a Quickbooks import, so you can migrate your data from Quickbooks to myERP.com seamlessly. Also, they are working on a one-click install of your Quickbooks data.
  5. Localization: myERP.com supports multi-currency and multi-languages. They are currently working on a UK, France and China version.

How do I get started? Visit www.myERP.com and sign-up. There are no discs and manuals to ship. Simply signup and get started. The program, and your data, is in the cloud. They keep the program updated and your data safe and backed up.
